Wenjuan LI 李文娟

I am Wenjuan Li, a Postdoctoral Fellow in Operations Management at HKUST Business School, currently on the 2026–2027 academic job market.

I received my Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2026, under the supervision of Dongwook Shin.

My research focuses on the operations of digital platforms and content markets. I study how platforms manage information, content, and AI technologies, and how these choices shape consumer learning, firm incentives, and welfare. My work uses analytical modeling, game theory, and dynamic programming.

Before my doctoral studies, I obtained a master's degree from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.
